Meet Ed

Hi, my name is Ed. I live and work in Charlotte. I am Managing Partner of Falfurrias Management Partners. Outside of Charlotte, I like to spend time at Grandfather Mountain, Chapel Hill, and in Utah.

I graduated from Charlotte Latin and the University of North Carolina, and I have an MBA from Northwestern. I started my career in investment banking in Charlotte and spent seven years working in private equity in Chicago before returning home to Charlotte to help start Falfurrias.

My wife Anna (CLS and UNC, as well) and I have three daughters, Lily (21), Evie (19) and Molly (13). Lily attends Parsons in New York and is a musician – she will be performing with me. Evie attends UVA and Molly attends Charlotte Latin. My hobbies include golf, skiing, guitar, and live music.

What was the first concert you attended?

Probably either Phish, Widespread Panic or Allgood at 1313 Club.
